In this article, it was determined during phenological observations and laboratory analyzes that the growth and development of tree-shrub seedlings scattered in the nut-bearing forests of Western Tien-Shan depends on the soil and climate conditions. The processes of natural reproduction of walnut forests in Western Tian-Shan are currently unsatisfactory. First, we determined the coefficient of growth of trees and shrubs in the forests, and the moisture content of the soil, humus layer, pH and climate indicators (air temperature, temperature of the surface layer of the earth, amount of precipitation) are constantly changing indicators, observation work was carried out on a monthly basis, and on the 20th of every month, biometric measurements of tree-shrub seedlings and soil separate analyzes were taken from 4 poles to determine humidity, surface temperature, and correlation was determined based on correlation.
