Abstract
As an important research direction in tumor nanomedicine in recent years, organic nanoparticles (ONPs) have shown broad application prospects in the precise treatment of tumors because of their good biocompatibility and degradability. Although the traditional organic nano-drug delivery system has good drug delivery ability, there are still problems such as insufficient stability in the body, easy removal by the phagocytic system, and limited tumor targeting efficiency. In order to improve the above defects, the researchers introduced natural membrane materials into the surface of organic nanoparticles (ONPs) to build a bionic delivery platform, thus giving the carrier long circulation, immune escape, inflammatory chemotaxis and homologus identification and other characteristics. This article elaborates on the application of cell membrane coated organic nanoparticles (CMCONPs) in tumor treatment, systematically summarizes its preparation strategy and the corresponding functional characteristics of different membrane sources, further summarizes its research progress in chemotherapy, photothermal therapy, acoustic dynamic therapy and combined treatment, and standardized preparation, quality control, safety Key issues such as sexual evaluation and clinical transformation are analyzed. This article helps to understand the research status of CMCONPs as a whole and provides reference for subsequent function optimization and clinical application.
