A Review of Coral Calcium Hydride in the Treatment of Athletic Oxidative Stress Injuries

Coral calcium hydride is a novel and highly efficient solid-state molecular hydrogen carrier with biological functions such as antioxidant, lowering inflammation level, reducing apoptosis and improving mitochondrial function, which can resist oxidative stress through effective supplementation of coral calcium hydride. This review systematically describes the biological activity and potential application value of coral calcium hydride in the treatment of oxidative stress injury in sports, providing new ideas for the treatment modalities related to oxidative stress injury in sports.
