Preface

The 5^th International Scientific Conference of Alkafeel University "ISCKU2024" took place in Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf, (IRAQ), during February 17-18, 2024. ISCKU2024 is an annual conference that aims to bring participants together from academic and government institutions worldwide to attend the conference, share field trial experiences and lessons with other enthusiasts, exchange novel ideas, discuss innovative fields, and explore enabling technologies for a variety of applications. ISCKU2024 has been an active platform that provides participants with ample opportunities to establish research relationships, find partners for future collaboration, and develop opportunities for cooperation.
