Bioinformatics Analysis and Recombinant Expression of Brown Shrimp Allergen Pen a 1

Abstract
Allergic diseases have become a global public health crisis. Among them, shrimp allergy is relatively common and seriously affects public health and quality of life. The extraction of natural shrimp allergens currently faces problems such as high difficulty, complex components in crude extracts, and low yield. In this study, the physicochemical properties and B-cell epitopes of the brown shrimp allergen Pen a 1 were analyzed by bioinformatics. Furthermore, a highly expressed genetically engineered strain of Escherichia coli was constructed using genetic engineering technology, and high-purity recombinant Pen a 1 allergen protein was prepared by nickel-column affinity chromatography. This work provides raw material support for the future diagnosis of brown shrimp allergy.
