The description and algorithmic representation of the highly qualified athlete’s synergetic concept, studying at a University of physical culture, socioculturization is presented in the article. Special attention is paid to the psychological and pedagogical foundations of an individual athlete, aspiring to individual leadership in the chosen sport value potential formation.
