The solution of such fundamental tasks as stabilizing the economic development of the Russian Federation, coordinating the level of environmental and socio-economic development of the regions, solving a wide range of environmental and economic problems, developing the environmental culture of society and improving the professional training of specialists in our country has identified the need to introduce, develop and implement a universal system of environmental and economic education and training, covering the processes of pre-school education, secondary general education and professional training of specialists in secondary specialized and higher educational institutions in the Russian Federation.
