Optimization of surgical treatment of post-burn scar deformities of the lower extremities

The article presents the experience of surgical treatment of 172 patients with post-burn scar deformities and defects of the lower extremities. Based on the results obtained, practical recommendations on the optimal choice of methods of operations are given.
