Ecological monitoring technologies for rational nature use

The article identifies the problems of environmental monitoring at enterprises of the Russian Federation and the level of severity of environmental problems in the regions of Russia. The main objects of environmental monitoring in accordance with the legislation and regulatory legal acts of Russia are presented. The characteristics and functions of the Russian Unified State Environmental Monitoring System are presented. The necessity of monitoring the level of environmental pollution using specially designed automated information systems has been determined. The possibilities and advantages of environmental control and monitoring systems used in the territory of the Russian Federation are revealed. The necessity of implementing the multilevel principle through the information system developed in the Russian Federation – "Ecology. 1C-KSU: Environmental Protection".
