The effectiveness of probation as a probationary period following sentencing for criminal offences in the management of transboundary water resources

The article is devoted to the theoretical and practical significance of issues related to the application of probation as a probationary period after the application of punishment for criminal offenses that encroach on the normal functioning of the management of trans boundary water resources.
