Increasing the reliability of the hydraulic drive of technological systems of machines is one of the main technical tasks. The article is devoted to a description of the life tests of membrane-type throttle dividers-adders of flows. The paper presents a schematic hydraulic diagram of an experimental stand for life tests of flow dividers-adders and describes the principle of operation of the stand for life tests of flow dividers. A comparison is made of the resources of two throttle flow dividers-adders of the membrane type DSP-01.000 DSP-05.00.000. The features of the test procedure and the loading sequence are described. The article represents a special contribution to the development of new technical solutions in the field of hydraulic drive control and can serve as the basis for further research in this area.
