Analysis of the circumstances of criminal cases committed in sanatorium-resort areas

The presence of a variety of unique healing resources has made it possible to create a multifaceted system of sanatorium-resort treatment and recreation in Kyrgyzstan. The safety of treatment and recreation in places of resort and recreational status is of paramount importance, as they receive the most guests, being a business card. However, crimes are committed in such places as well. Evidence, being the core of criminal proceedings, serves as a mechanism for establishing the actual circumstances of the incident, the persons who committed the crime, the correct qualification of the deed and, as a result, the issuance of a lawful, reasonable and fair verdict. The article provides statistics compiled on the basis of the data of the country's law enforcement agencies, which shows the dynamics of the growth of crime of certain categories of persons.
