In the conditions of modern industry, an important task is to increase the economic efficiency of technological processes at all stages of production and transportation of products. In this paper, we consider the quartz treatment process used for pretreatment of polymer products before their transportation. The main objective of the study is to assess the economic feasibility of this process, taking into account its impact on product quality, reducing the risk of contamination, and extending the shelf life of materials. The analysis includes an estimate of the cost of quartz treatment and a comparison with possible losses associated with deterioration of product quality in the absence of this procedure. Important attention is paid to the impact of the process on reducing the costs associated with complaints and product returns, as well as on reducing production and logistics losses. Various methods of quartz treatment and their economic efficiency are considered depending on the types of polymers and transportation conditions. The results of the study show that the process of quartz formation, with proper organization and application of optimal technologies, can significantly increase the profitability of transportation of poly-products. The economic evaluation of the quartz coating process demonstrates its positive impact on reducing costs and improving the overall efficiency of the production chain.
