The environment has a vital role in supporting the sustainability of human life. A good and healthy environment is an essential human right to fulfil because environmental quality affects health, economy, and tourism. The state has a responsibility to ensure a healthy environment through an effective legal framework. As the highest law in Indonesia, the constitution has a vital position in the rule of law. A constitution with a perspective on environmental sustainability (A Green Constitution) can be a solution to realizing a good and healthy environment to achieve environmentally sound sustainable development as one of the Sustainable Development Goals. The Green Constitution leads to a friendly and ecologically oriented constitution to regulate and protect environmental conservation efforts. This writing aims to analyze the implementation of the green constitution concept in tourism development to realize the goals of the SDGs. The research method used is normative juridical with a statute approach and conceptual approach. The results showed that the placement of the green constitution concept in the Indonesian constitution influences the enactment of policies oriented towards sustainability and protection of the environment, especially in the tourism sector, through the application of green tourism to foster a sense of love and care for the environment.
