The content of heavy metals in the soil–plant chain

The materials of long–term monitoring on the accumulation of heavy metals in the chain “soil - plant – feed – animal - meat raw materials” are presented. We have established the relationship between the content of heavy metals in the animal habitat, feed and meat raw materials and between the animal habitat and meat raw materials in terms of heavy metal content, necessary for the development of ways to ensure high quality and safety of meat raw materials intended for the production of baby food products.
