Development of the method of producing quality seed by onions

This article presents the results of the experiment on the development of a new resource-saving method of growing seeds of Istikbol onion by leaving the bulbs in place and burying seeds and producing high-quality seeds. According to the research, due to the fact that the physiological process in the onion heads did not stop and the root system was developed compared to the control, the emergence of bulbs, the day of flowering, and the period of seed ripening were extended by 20–34 days more than the control, due to which the yield was 532 kg on August 30, 515 kg on September 9, September 19 Making 491 kg, the yield was higher by 14.2–23.7% compared to the control variety.
