This study investigates the alterations in antibiotic resistance of Escherichia coli under kanamycin and ampicillin exposure, while validating the co-expression of resistance genes with fluorescent proteins through genetic recombination techniques. The research demonstrates an inverse relationship between antibiotic concentrations and resistance development, revealing distinct inhibitory efficiencies among different antibiotics. These findings provide experimental evidence for understanding resistance mechanisms and offer a scientific basis for developing novel antimicrobial agents.
