Women’s economic empowerment is a strategic approach to improving family and community welfare. This community service program aimed to enhance the skills of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah members in Baubau City in producing instant ginger beverages as part of a community-based economic development initiative. The program adopted an integrated training model, covering both technical aspects—such as raw material selection, production processes, packaging, and storage—and entrepreneurial aspects, including digital marketing strategies and business management. The results showed that participants were able to produce high-quality instant ginger drinks with attractive packaging that met market standards. Moreover, the entrepreneurship training improved participants’ understanding of modern marketing strategies, particularly through digital platforms, thus expanding their market access. The impact of this program not only strengthened participants' technical and entrepreneurial competencies but also fostered new business opportunities, increased household income, and supported the local agribusiness sector through the utilization of ginger as a value-added commodity.
