This research aims to determine the antioxidant activity of n-hexane, ethyl acetate, and ethanol fractions of mulberry leaves (Morus Alba L.) using the DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) method. Extraction was carried out by maceration using 96% ethanol solvent, followed by fractionation using n-hexane and ethyl acetate solvents. Each fraction was tested for antioxidant activity using the DPPH method, and the ICso value was calculated as an indicator of antioxidant potency. The results presented that the ethyl acetate fraction had the highest antioxidant activity with an ICso value of 138.6 ppm, followed by the n-hexane fraction at 162.4 ppm and the ethanol fraction at 173.6 ppm. Based on these findings, the n-hexane and ethanol fractions demonstrated weak antioxidant activity, while the ethyl acetate fraction exhibited moderate antioxidant activity. This study indicates that mulberry leaves have potential as a natural antioxidant source for further development.
