One of the key players in the fried onion industry in Probolinggo Regency is Home Industry Azka, which operates through supply chain partnerships involving both suppliers and distributors. This study aims to: (1) identify the partnership flow within the fried onion supply chain; (2) analyze the performance of supply chain partnerships in supporting sustainable business development; and (3) evaluate the delivery performance of each supplier. The research employed purposive and snowball sampling methods, and utilized both qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. Data were analyzed using descriptive percentage methods with a Likert scale and the Scheduled Order to Customer Request (SOCR) model. The findings indicate that: (1) the supply chain is structured as a general trading partnership, where suppliers are responsible for delivering shallots to Home Industry Azka, while distributors handle the marketing of the finished fried onion products; (2) the partnership performance is categorized as very good, with trust averaging 90.83%, competence 93.33%, communication 90.41%, and satisfaction 91.66%; and (3) delivery performance based on SOCR scores is also very good, with Dringu middlemen scoring 91.14%, Tegalsiwalan middlemen 86.89%, Bali distributors 89.41%, and Malang distributors 91.11%. These results suggest that strong collaboration and high partner performance are crucial in developing a sustainable fried onion agribusiness supply chain in the region.
