Electroforesis en campo pulsante (PFGE). Cariotipo electroforético de 15 cepas de levaduras aisladas de la fermentación alcohólica. El aislamiento Nº 9 corresponde a una levadura no-Saccharomyce. Las cuatro últimas bandas del gel de electroforesis, por debajo de 500 Kb son típicas de S. cerevisiae.
