The research was conducted in 2023 in the department of feed production and animal husbandry (laboratory of feed technology and feed additives) of the Ufa experimental station of the UFIC RAS on the topic: “Development of the formulation, technology of preparation of a feed additive and determination of its effectiveness in the diets of feeding farm animals.” Considering the natural and climatic conditions (soil composition, herbage with maturation phases, temperature regime, moisture content and chemical composition of pasture feed), 3 recipes of lizunts for this group of cows with a live weight of 600 kg with a planned milk yield of 6 thousand kg of milk have been developed. Based on the available components, their chemical composition and the corresponding structure, experimental versions of lizunts with a weight of 1 kg have been developed. A comprehensive assessment of the nutritional value of one of the lizunts variants was carried out according to many indicators. The prototype has been tested for licking with a small number of pregnant dry cows.
