Currently, in Yakutia, the construction of apartment buildings is rapidly developing, new neighborhoods are being created, roads, squares, etc. are being repaired, and this requires work on landscaping (sowing lawns, planting trees, shrubs and shrubs, perennial and annual flowers). Lawns are the most common type and an integral part of landscaping in urban areas. To improve environmental quality, in recent years, when arranging lawns, attention has been paid to sanitary, hygienic, reclamation and aesthetic functions, in addition to minimizing the costs of growing and maintaining lawns - by choosing the right grass. When using grass mixtures of foreign species of lawn grasses, certain conditions are required; the types of lawn grasses must have good adaptation to permafrost conditions, high winter hardiness, drought resistance, and survival, which is one of the positive features.
