Modernization of key production business processes for rapid import substitution of goods, including agriculture

The scientific article presents a study on the accelerated import substitution of dual-use goods and technologies by modernizing the main production business processes of enterprises of the defense-industrial complex of the Russian Federation. Accelerated import substitution in the field of dual-use goods and technologies is a transition from dependence on foreign supplies to the production and development of core business processes, own domestic technologies for national defense and security of the country. This helps to reduce national security risks and ensure independence in important areas such as defense and cybersecurity. Modernization of core production business processes and promotion of new technologies contributes to the development of the country’s scientific and technological potential and enhances competitiveness in the global arena. This ensures the growth of the Russian economy, creates new jobs and promotes the potential for innovation. The object of the study is the enterprises of the defense industry complex. The subject of the study - accelerated import substitution of dual-use goods and technologies. The authors connect the prospects of their research with further scientific research in the field of development of dual-use goods and technologies, as well as with the modernization of the main production business processes.
