Dietary intake and lifestyle factors contribute to dyslipidaemia and obesity, both of which elevate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome. This study utilized secondary data and using multinomial logistic regression analysis to investigate the influence of gender, education, calorie intake, carbohydrates, and fiber on dyslipidemia and obesity. The study indicated that energy and carbohydrate consumption, along with educational attainment, influenced dyslipidaemia and obesity. In conclusion, inadequate fiber consumption elevated dyslipidaemia and obesity by 2.63 times compared to adequate fibre intake. Men had an 81.3% greater probability of being free from dyslipidaemia and obesity compared to women.
