Model Of Cultural Development In Realizing Cultural Wellbeing A Case Study Of The Samin Community In Blora Regency

Currently, community development efforts to overcome the social problems of the community require efforts to develop culture in order to shape the behavior and cultural identity of the community. Research on cultural development is still not done much, especially in the context of community culture. Cultural wellbeing an important concept in relation to cultural development and community development. Wellbeing an interesting issue to discuss. So far, there have been many perspectives in discussing wellbeing. In this study, the aspect of wellbeing that is the focus of research is cultural wellbeing , because this concept has not been widely discussed in community culture research. This research is a research that focuses on the application and development of the cultural potential of the research area and community development, the data in this study were obtained from: literature study, interviews, direct observation and living in the environment of the object of research, then qualitative analysis was carried out. Samin in Blora. The results of this study indicate that culture and tradition are important elements in the development of culture and community development in order to realize prosperity . The cultural traditions of the Samin people need to be preserved and developed in an effort to maintain the resilience of traditional culture in the midst of cultural shifts and identity crises. From this research, it can be concluded that in order to achieve cultural wellbeingin the context of developing the culture of the Samin community in Blora, there are four cultural development variables that can be applied in improving the cultural wellbeingof the community, namely: local cultural development; development of national culture within the scope of local communities and communities; cultural development in relation to other local cultures; and the development of a new culture based on local cultural values that are universal . These variables are mutually influencing in shaping the cultural wellbeing of the Samin community.
