Agricultural subsidies are one of the key instruments in food policy aimed at increasing production, maintaining price stability, and supporting farmers’ welfare. However, the implementation of such subsidies has also sparked various debates regarding their impact on environmental sustainability, economic efficiency, and global inequality. This study aims to map the global research development on agricultural subsidies and food policy using a bibliometric approach. Data were collected from international publications between 2010 and 2024 through the Scopus database. The analysis was conducted using VOS viewer and RStudio software to explore keyword co-occurrence, author collaboration, and research trends. The findings indicate that topics such as agricultural subsidies, food security, agricultural policy, and climate change are the most frequently discussed. Countries like China and India receive significant attention, while regions such as Southeast Asia and Latin America remain underrepresented. Additionally, the focus of research has gradually shifted from production- oriented issues to themes of sustainability, social equity, and system-based policy approaches.
