This study aims to obtain information on the reproductive performance of Friesian Holstein Crossbreed dairy cattle in Mojosongo and Musuk Districts, Boyolali Regency, Indonesia. The method used in data collection was a survey and purposive sampling guided the selection of participants, with interviews serving as the primary source of information. The number of respondents was 42 and 40 dairy farmers from Mojosongo and Musuk District, respectively. All respondents should own PFH (FH><local cattle) cattle that have calved twice. The data observed during the study were analyzed using a t-test. The result showed that PFH cattle in Musuk and Mojosongo Districts had no difference in all parameters observed, except in Service per Conception (S/C). The age of first mating and calving was 18.5-20.1 months and 29.1-30.1 months, respectively, while Partum Mating was 65.5-71.5 days. Observations showed that S/C in the Mojosongo District was higher than in Musuk District, and Days Open (DO) was 87.9-98.8 days. Calving Interval and Calf's age at weaning were 12.3-12.5 months and 3.8-4.1 months, respectively. Based on the results of the study, the reproductive performance of dairy cattle in Mojosongo and Musuk Districts is classified as good, but weaning age needs to be improved.
