Abstract
This study aims to optimize the extraction and purification methods of marine algal polysacchari des and accurately evaluate their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities to fully explore the potential o f marine biological resources. By comparing hot water extraction, enzyme extraction, and ultrasonic-assisted extraction, ultrasonic-assisted enzyme extraction was selected. After optimizing parameters such as tempera ture, time, and solid-liquid ratio, the polysaccharide yield was significantly improved. In the purification sta ge, membrane separation combined with chromatographic separation effectively removed impurities and en hanced polysaccharide purity. Antioxidant activity evaluation showed that the obtained polysaccharides perf ormed excellently in DPPH free radical scavenging rate, ABTS free radical scavenging rate, and reducing po wer, with a concentration-dependent relationship. Anti-inflammatory activity experiments indicated that pol ysaccharides effectively inhibited the release of inflammatory factors in cellular inflammation models. This study provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the development of functional products based on marine algal polysaccharides, which is of great significance for promoting the comprehensive utilization of marine biological resources.
