min: 70–50% A, 30–35 min: 50–10% A, 35–38 min: 10% A isocratic, 38–48 min: 10–94% A. The same chromatographic conditions were applied to the other class of flavonoids (flavonols, flavanols and phenolic acids), but a different column was used (Synergi 4u MAX-RP 80A, 250 × 2 mm 4 μm). Anthocyanin and the other class of flavonoids were detected at 520 and 360 nm, respectively, apart from epicatechin (EC) and epicatechin-gallate (ECG), detected at 280 nm. Each analysis was performed in triplicate.
