Preface
Preface
We are pleased to present this collection of scholarly articles of the international scientific conference Longevity Interventions 2020. The conference was held in Ural State Medical University, Yekaterinburg, Russia, on April 2022, 2020. The conference was dedicated to the mechanisms of aging and anti-age technologies. The conference program was developed with a lot of effort and dedication of many individuals. With important contributions from the whole committee, evaluation of the papers was performed based on the reports from anonymous reviewers.
The conference was organized within the framework of the 90th anniversary of Ural State Medical University – one of the leading Russian medical schools. Key directions were: fundamental cellular and molecular mechanisms of aging, preventive effects of geroprotectors, cellular technologies, vascular and neurocognitive aging and other age-dependent conditions, as well as current problems of medicine. The main goal of the conference was to outline the most important strategic goal – healthy aging.
The conference was attended by scientists, teachers of the University as well as members of the scientific community, physicians, postdoctoral students. We express our sincere gratitude to all participants, experts, moderators for all the work done and their interest in the conference. We look forward to meet you in Urals again at conferences, symposiums, round tables and seminars.
