Abstract

This article explores the intricate relationship between agriculture, literature, and culture along the Great Silk Road. The Silk Road, a historical network of trade routes that spanned from East Asia to the Mediterranean, served as a conduit for not only goods but also the exchange of ideas, stories, and artistic expressions. Focusing on the profound impact of agriculture on this epic journey, the study delves into how the cultivation of crops and the rural way of life influenced the development of literature and the formation of cultural identities along this ancient trade route. By examining the interplay of agricultural practices, folk traditions, and epic narratives, this article sheds light on the synergy between the tangible and intangible aspects of life on the Silk Road.
