The study investigates the impact of physical activity on the physical health and psychological well-being of students. It has been found that regular physical exercises contribute to improving physical fitness and increasing life satisfaction. Students actively engaged in sports demonstrate better health and psychological well-being indicators. The practical significance of the study lies in using the obtained data to develop physical education programs in educational institutions. These programs aim to increase the level of physical activity among students, thereby promoting their overall well-being. Prospects for further research include studying the influence of different types of physical activity, considering socioeconomic factors, and incorporating modern technologies into physical education programs. The findings obtained will help develop effective strategies for improving the health and quality of life of young people.
