Formation of a safe and healthy lifestyle in students within the educational environment using health-preserving technologies and psychological-pedagogical support

This article examines the impact of health-preserving technologies and psychological-pedagogical support on the formation of a safe and healthy lifestyle among students. The methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach that includes physiological, psychological, and behavioral aspects. The study involved 178 students from Bukhara State University, divided into experimental and control groups. The results show that the use of health-preserving technologies and psychological-pedagogical support contributes to the improvement of physical and mental health, as well as the academic performance of students. The findings confirm the need to integrate these technologies into the educational process to enhance the quality of education and overall student well-being.
