Control of the Aedes aegypti Linnaeus mosquito can use plant-based ovicides. One plant that can be used is langsat leaf (Lansium domesticum Corr). The aim of the research was to analyze the effect of langsat leaf extract ovicide on the hatchability of Ae aegypti eggs. This research used a Randomized Block Design with 4 replications using 600 Ae aegypti eggs. Independent variables include the concentration of langsat leaf extract (500 ppm, 750 ppm, 1000 ppm, and 1500 ppm), water (K-), and synthetic ovicide (K+). Statistical analysis using ANOVA and Probit. The research results show that the longer the exposure and the higher the concentration of langsat leaf extract, the higher the percentage of eggs that was not hatch. The highest percentage (72%) was found at an extract concentration of 1500 ppm at the 96th hour. The effective concentration (LC50) at the 96th hour of observation was 757.5 ppm and at the 120th hour was 816.5 ppm. Based on research results, it shows that langsat leaf extract has the potential to be a botanical ovicide.
